Good morning, everyone.
I have completed all of the qualifying education and experience requirements for the Certified Residential Appraiser credential in Florida. My experience logs have been completed and signed by my supervisory appraiser, so I am ready to begin the final licensing process with the DBPR.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has recently gone through this process.
I have a few questions:
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience!

I have a few questions:
- Do I need to submit my entire application, including my experience logs, before the DBPR will authorize me to sit for the state exam?
- Does the DBPR review and approve the experience first, and then issue the exam authorization?
- Approximately how long did the DBPR take to review your application and respond?
- After passing the exam, how long did it take for your Certified Residential license to be issued?
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience!
