This was on national news this morning. Appears many Florida residents are tired of the politics. Listen to the numbers too on inflation in Florida. I have stated several times that properties "as a whole with water rights" have historically increased in value more than any other properties.

However, this national newscast this morning says politics are the main reason people are migrating to Florida or away from Florida. Watch it.

It was on National news this morning on NBC.

Not sure if he’s still around but check out stevewilliamson.com. Or Google him. He used to sell a FL test prep that helped tremendously. This was 20 years ago.

I’m not sure what the supplemental test would be, probably specific to Florida law.

I have taken this test when I lived in New Jersey to get my FL cet. I study Chapter 475, Part II, Florida Statutes, Appraisers 2. Chapter 61J1, F.A.C., the test straight forward, and if you read those sections.

If you were reading that real estate professional that has worked in Florida for years said it is not taxes, inflation that are causing many to move. He said it was politics was main reason.

He moved from North to Florida. You know he is well off. It is not money to him. He sounded like he was tired of the bickering on politics.

I won't say he can't move back north and make more money. He really seemed semi retired to me. He may have been almost totally retired.

He was tired of the politics and wanted to move somewhere else.

That might not be the reason for many migrating away and to Florida.

I don't know. Let me research the numbers a little on migration to FL and away from FL.

This one is better on migration to Florida and out of Florida. How will Desantix defend that on Florida?

That came from Florida chamber of commerce supposedly.

Independents always swing the vote. Hillary had Trump beat until that really bad new came out on her before the election.
