Without clicking - California to NV, AZ, TX...basically all points east...

clear your browsers - one click and in just now - no prob

No problem getting in. Those slide shows are just to get clicks for ad revenue. All of the content could be on one page.

NY, NJ, CT, MA to Florida along with Michigan coming down as well. Retirees are leaving in droves as well as remote workers.

Who is buying all the houses from the people who are are "fleeing?

Renters can pick up and leave , but home owners need to sell to someone. Though many in Midwest and NE have vacation houses in Florida or AZ etc, they have been fleeing for years on a seasonal basis.

As of this morning, Sacramento, CA, is the number one destination in California of choice for those fleeing the Bay Area regions' housing market and congestion. How long that will last is the $50,000 question?

Click bait festival of ads.
Not worth the wear and tear on my mouse hand.

Anyone else watch "Living Alaska" where each episode is about a couple from the lower 48 moving to the "last frontier" ?

In most cases, the people are moving because its getting too crowded where they are now. Places like Frisco, Tx, Park City, Ut, Breckenridge, Co. Nashville, Tn.

I watch and I'm thinking OMG....those are all places I thought would be less crowded to move to some day, but I guess not. And with this Alaska show....Sewards Icebox is gonna be packed soon too.

According to Worldometer, there are about 325,000 births every day, and approx 135,000 deaths per day. That means the worlds population is growing by 1,330,000 per week.
