The records of the following disciplinary actions were published in the 2007 fall, Issue #184, "Official Publication of the Colorado Real Estate" or RealEstate News. Disciplinary actions start on page #9. The list contains well over 100 names, include Real Estate Brokers as well as Appraisers. Ms Erin Toll and her staff have been very busy.

For the names go to: http://www.dora.state.co.us/real-estate/newsletters/Rock_Mountain/Fall_2007.pdf or search http://eservices.psiexams.com/crec/search.jsp

Goodness. Did you look over that list? Alot of names, some names I have seen before. She has definately been very busy.

Did anyone find it interesting the fines levied against appraisers were typically 4 to 5 times as much as those levied against real estate brokers?

48 appraisers, about 150 real estate brokers. Wonder how this will come out when with the mortgage brokers licensing. Anyone care to venture a guess?
