Free Realtor CE

Got an email today from some realty office about a free 3 hour CE class about the new (available 2/1) purchase contract. Sounds kind of interesting to hear what the changes are and how the realtors are being told it will affect their business. Of course i am not looking for CE credit or anything but sounds like an invite to see how they think and what they are being told. Anyone ever go to such an event? i suppose those of you who are realtors are scratching their heads but for you appraiser only folks what do you think?

Why not, go for it. I've taken perhaps 80 hours, or more, of CE that I got no credits for, and paid dearly for some.
