I agree. Even if you don't include them in the report, extra photos can help your memory and, sometimes, can save you from making another trip to the subject.No but some lenders do want them so I include or at least take a few garage photos , Its free and I found you can never have to many photos in your work file .

Most of the time I subscribe to that. I must admit, though, it is not for your reason (which is good!). It is because I have had the client switch t to FHA and I had to go back and take pics of the attic and sides.do every appraisal like it's an FHA with their requirements. makes a better appraisal. if FHA wants the attic, crawl space, they certainly want an interior or exterior of anything you mention on the report.
also puts you above the average appraiser showing that you gave your appraisal more thought than the average dope.
