sounds excellent! My 2017 GTI has apple car play with iPhone sync but I do not like the functionality wrt comps /for our purposes

A stand alone GPS unit trumps the car's built in GPS and the trip planning for multiple comps is the main reason.

When I have a complex assignment where I'm driving by 10 + comps, in a difficult location, I get mine out of the trunk and input all comps the night before.

Great tool for appraisers.

Another old school tool I cannot live without is Thomas Guides. Incorporated, Unincorporated, zip code boundaries. So many features that Google Maps won't even display.

Back in the day, I had the idea to develop a mapping program that would map the subject and comps in the most expedient driving route. Of course I wasn't smart enough to develop something like that...

Does car play use Google maps? I don't know I don't use iPhones bc I'm not a child but if it does I have the solution for you
