General Purpose residential appraisal. found it!

Since is it not acceptable to use a URAR 1004 appraisal report form for an appraisal used to determine "fair market valuation", which NCV form is used for General purpose of a residential property? FYI
I have found this form: Non Lender : NL Residential Appraisal and NL General certification

ACI`s is gpac general purpose

I use the non-lender form which is a misnomer as it is perfectly acceptable for lending but is not secondary market lending... It needs a name change.
