Hello everyone, I am a data analyst and LOS admin who is trying to record appraisal products and develop an interface for ordering these. I want to know more about the products that appraisers have to offer on real estate, can anyone direct me in a direction to where I can find this data?

I have found a product glossary on Dart Appraisal's site, and I have also looked on Fannie's site and the forms they have available. I am just trying to round out my knowledge in this field and get a better understanding of this section of the industry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is something to remember.

Appraisers are not vendors. Appraisers do not provide products... they provide a service. The form type is nothing more than a form type. It does not specifically address anything, nor does it refer to the fee charged or the scope of work. Don't be confused on this.
