Can anyone chime in on the going rate for a final inspection 442 for new construction?

Whatever the market will bear. For simple residences, I charge for 2 hours of my normal hourly rate, which I base on what my CPA charged per hour.

I don’t do anything for less than $125.00 any longer.

$150 if not distant. For areas that are far away, I had $50 to $100 (if they want it immediately.)
