Here in the Sun Cities I like to differentiate the golf cart garage space from a regular garage space, especially when it has its own driveway and door. That is much more complicated with UAD. Since it is not deep enough to store a car I refuse to call it a garage space. Anyone have a creative solution??

can you just explain it in the subject improvements portion of the report and add it in the sales grid in the extra lines towards the bottom of the sales grid??

That's just to simple, isn't it. :):)

2ga3dw, then give it an adjustment versus a standard 2ga2dw and explain why. Have to love the elders driving the golf carts up and down RH Johnson along with 40 mph traffic.

In Sun City I just call it a 3 garage. Typically all 3 garage in the same neighborhood have the same 3rd golf cart. If comparing a golf cart vs a true 3 garage, then make an upward adjustment and explain it. The tandems are easier now because you can adjust for driveway.
