I'm doing a appraisal for an individual using the GP Residential form (1st time to use it) and when I run the E & O it shows warnings in the "Site Description" area for the utilities not having descriptions. OK,, there checked as being public, so whats there to describe??? Yes, the electric shocks, the water is clear, the gas stinks, the sewer,,,enough of this! Maybe its just to late for me to think. Any ideas what they are wanting here??
