My name is Andy and I am new to the forum, I had just gotten my candidacy status in Canada. This industry is all new to me and looking forward to challenging yet rewarding experiences with this type of work.

I am already writing up reports and going out to appointments independently after a month of training. Im hoping to gain more knowledge and insight and feedback from some of many on this forum whom are very experienced in this kind of profession.

Seems like every neighborhood up there ranges from $750,000 to $1.6M. Nobody seems to be happy without the presence of an en suite. And those accents.......love 'em more that a pretty southern girl swearing.....
