I've been lurking on here for a bit, finally decided to join. I'm 27 from Tampa Bay, FL and just started in the biz! I applied for my trainee license a couple weeks ago and it should hopefully come in soon, but it is the government and there is an imminent hurricane so things might get delayed a bit.
I've already found a couple of wonderful supervising appraisers that have been in the business for a long time and really seem to know their stuff. I know I'm very fortunate to have found that so early! I'm excited to become more involved in the appraiser community as time goes on and am excited to learn from some of you here as well.
