Any appraisers in Baldwin County out there? My family is looking to buy a condo around Gulf Shores and would love to look at your MLS system for a day to get a feel for whats going on....any help would be appreciated.

You might try to subscribe to the local paper. I was in Gulf Shores a little over a month ago and builders were auctioning off condos. My friend who lives here said that it's happening pretty regularly now, with prices plummeting and many of the newer condo complexes in deep financial trouble.

Sorry I can't help with any MLS info but hopefully your people will tread carefully. From what I could tell at the time I was there, the pre-construction speculators have bailed out in droves and builders are now holding the bag.
