Has anybody heard of Equity Solutions USA?

I got an email today from Equity Solutions USA (Jackson MS), an appraisal management co looking for appraisers who are interested in joining their appraisers list. I am just curious if anybody can give feedback on this company.

Their name falls into my Rule#3 category. Avoid doing business with folks whose companies have the following words in their title.

Funding
Lending
Equity
Borrowing
First
Capital
United
Franklin

I'm sure there are a few others, I don't have my list handy.

Good list, Kevin. I think that you've posted that a couple of times before. That eliminates... oh... about 95% of the mortgage lending universe. :icon_mrgreen:
