Hello fellow appraisers

Hi everyone! I'm a trainee in the Bay Area California. I'm a new appraiser but have been around appraising my whole life. My dad is a certified appraiser with 20+ experience. His step father was an appraiser from the early 80's. So, I'm one of the lucky ones have a relative who I can train under (it even took my old man some convincing to be my supervisor, I can't imagine how hard it is for trainees with no personal connections.)

I already know this forum has some very good information and advice. I look forward to the opportunities.
