Hello From Buffalo, Ny

Greetings everyone! I've been reading this forum for quite some time and decided to finally jump in with my first post. I'm JD from the Buffalo, NY area. I was in the military for 5 years, finished my undergrad and grad degree, and am now following my father's footsteps on the way to becoming a residential appraiser. I jumped in at USPAP, and will have all of my courses completed by mid September if all goes as planned.
