Yeah right.

For my first wife (a lying cheating mortgage broker--I know redundant statement) the 50-30-20 rule meant 50% at the mall, 30% at the hair and nail salon and 20% to her boyfriends. The appraiser (me) had to fund the the (w)hole operation. Did I mention she is an ex-wife?
