Does anyone know if HMFacts.com (Cost Approach Database) is still operating/in business? The website was down on last week and is still not working this morning. Any info would be appreciated.

Nope.

Can't say for sure... but, I'm still getting appraisal reports in for review that cite HMFacts.com as the source for the building cost data.

Website is still down. Phone numbers are not in service. Email addresses for employees are returned as undeliverable. In the past, their website has gone down only to recover in a few days. Looks like they are likely out of business.

What is everyone else using for the Cost Approach? Marshall and Swift? Any other good alternatives?
