Hello,
I am exploring the agware software. I am in the land mix analysis portion and it is asking for a ratio but I am unsure of how to get this ratio. Does anyone know what ratio they want there? This is appraisal software for agriculture appraisals. Here is the information it asks for
Land Use
Ratios
Acres
$/Acre
Unit size
Unit type
$/unit
It will calculate the dollar per acre after you enter in a ratio but I dont know how to get that ratio.
thanks in advance.

I don't use agware but I am assuming that it wants to know what percentage is in each land class or soil type and what the value of each class is

Captina 50% $3,400
Nixa 25% $2,600
Linker 25% $2,000

(3400 x .5) + (2600 x .25) + (2000 x .25) = $2,850/acre

Great! Thank you that helps
the agware program wants me to enter 100 percent first it says it is required for the calculation feature to work right still not sure about that. Thanks again
