Has anyone else noticed the proliferation of TV ads for this "service"? Go to their website & it says a local real estate agent will give you an estimate of value for your house. I tried this a couple of weeks ago & a local agent called, realized who she was talking to, and quickly assured me that it was for a potential listing only. Yeah, sure. That's not how they're promoting this site at all. Where is the ASB? Where are state licensing agencies? We are all doomed, doomed I say!

Sounds like false and deceptive advertising....
maybe the FTC would like another case.

I've asked for my 'free' value a couple of
times and no one has ever even contacted me.

ACE should obtain examples of bad AVM values that were done on closed properties.

ACE MAN needs a cape to battle the evil AVM MAN.
