Housing Boom Threatens American Dream

Folks,

I saw something about this subject on the "Learning Channel" the other night (by accident), looking for a Texas hold-em poker program.

The story was about everything in the above posts. The moderator said there was two main causes of Society's debt troubles. The "Pill" (birth control) and television advertising. It made sense to me at the time.

Did anyone else see this program?

Mortgage loans and other types of financing are made based upon an acceptable default rate. The interst rate charged is based on that focal point. If they have a higher rate outside the margin they will tighten credit requirements. If they have less default than planned for they will lossen credit.

Its really that simple. Otherwise I think they would use collateral more than they do now.

Fannie gives them a nice out. Loan goes belly up and it met guidelines with no fraud involved then they buy the loan back from the lender. What a sweet deal!

Now do some of you understand how important it is to EXPOSE Skippy and Predatory Lenders. We need them to be stuck with BAD Loans. We NEED to help fannie reduce there losses.

Recently in the news RBC Centura got stung pretty good by fraudulent loans. They made 31,000,000 in loans which resulted in a 13,000,000 dollar loss.
Hmmmmm, do you think they might want to take up this issue with a few Skippies?

I like REO assignments.
I agree with you Cookie Boy - no HO to listen to, no LO for B#tching at me and asking when it'll be there, no LO for the same reason except that it got there and "I killed the deal", no agents. WOW - they really want to know the true value of the property.
