How do I get rid of commas ?

How do I get rid of commas?. I go to the cell preference tab and I click off commas but the commas still appear and the comma box rechecks itself. I try both options but it seems impossible to get rid of commas.

OK. So what did you do to fix the problem? I have several such issues with decimal points and significant digits and have not been able to find a work-around.

I think I shut off the UAD option so its not engaged. I then remove the comma and it appears to stick on the report. I'm not sure it sticks when I click on the cell options or preferences. I've gone to my template and removed all the number commas in this way
