Howdy,
I'm a real estate broker in Colorado who's also currently studying/pursuing an appraisal license. My hope is that between those two main pursuits, along with a couple of more creative sidelines (writing fiction, embroidery/jewelry/art) I might never have to work in a prairie-dog cube farm again. I was in IT from 1997 through Nov of 2016, so I'm newly free, free, free and don't want to go back! :0)

and there's a lot of good information posted here, along with many opinions ... but that's why we get paid - for our opinion
