Got a demand letter from the MO Tax commissh....on a fishing expedition since I have a MO client who orders appraisals IN ARKANSAS....want me to explain why I am not paying income taxes to them.....talked to my CPA. He even got one as well as a number of his clients. He told me to check the bottom box and tell them to stick it up their ***.

So I am writing back...

No workee in MO, no payee taxes in MO and furthermore I don't intend to pay any more taxes in MO by avoiding the following businesses.
