Randall,

We've been long-time Apex users, we are facing a problem. I would really like to continue using an Apex product in the field, but it seems that you folks have, at least temporarily, abandoned iOS? When I talk to support, they are clueless as to a solution. And no, I'm really NOT interested in a Windows tablet. I really LIKE my iPad, and I'm planning to buy another one, but can't at this point.

Are there ANY updates on this?

PS. Sorry for the Ios in the title, that was autocorrect.

Hi Bill,

See my post here: Ios9
I'm glad you like your iPad, and it is unfortunate that you are "NOT" interested in a Windows Tablet. Maybe one day you will be :)

22 years of the clipboard, finally saw the light and got a Lenovo ThinkPad 10 with Apex V6, Bluetooth Disto, Microsoft Onenote and Onedrive integration and have lived happily and much more efficiently ever after. I understand brand loyalty but don’t let it stand in the way of progress.

I've been a mobile user for a long time. I think it was at least 10 years ago I was using Apex to sketch on my Windows phone. It didn't work that well... Went with Mobilesketch and an iPad. Have many, many other apps I use on my iPad, and I like it. Just not sure that I really want to get a Windows Tablet, which are losing the marketing war, just to sketch.

I understand, I spent a considerable amount of money, time and effort trying out all sorts of different tablet solutions, Motion CL 900 (Windows, too slow), Galaxy tab 12.1 - (android, too big), Sony Experia Z2 (android, perfect form factor, waterproof) along with multitudes of apps (Alamode, mobile sketch, various dictation and note taking apps) and never came up with a workflow that I could say was more efficient with a straight face. This all changed when Apex V6 was released, I could finally have one tablet that had everything I needed for field inspection purposes with perfect integration back into the Windows-based network at the office with no arcane format conversions/extra steps needed. I use my android-based Sony tablet daily for everything but appraisal work, my Windows tablet is an appraisal specific tool that doesn't do everything imaginable however it does handle appraisal field tasks better (much) than anything I've tried. I'm not trying to downplay your concerns, my wife would get rid of me long before she got rid of her iPad but I just wanted to pass along my experience.....

Bill,

I was told that the latest update was finally approved by Apple and that it is live in the iOS app store.
I went to the store and sure enough, there it is :)
I thought that existing users automatically get notification by Apple, but you should also be able to go there and get it manually. Note that the description text advises that the update is going to be there until 12/31/2015. After that, it will be removed.

Hope this helps!
