I am a licensed appraiser in Fauquier VA and have been appraising since 2010. One of my goals for 2015 is to interview 1 appraiser per month to ask a bunch or random questions in regards to appraising, business, and the like. I want to do this appraising thing 100% and one way I will do that is by learning from appraisers who are doing what I want to be doing.

If you or someone you could recommend would be interested in sharing about an hour of your time please le me know. I would love to have you as part of my 2015 goals!

With your adjustments to comparables you would most likely say...

I research each adjustment on each appraisal.

I do adjustment research whenever something wierd comes up.

I do adjustment research maybe 1 to 2 times a year.

I did some research a while back.

I dont do much research... ya.
