I am in month 3 of trying to get a final case study approved for some online CE that I took through AI. It has been extremely frustrating and the course content/format was not ideal.

In contrast I just took USPAP, FL Law, and another 8 hour CE course in person and all were beneficial as networking experiences. The face-to-face education is the way for me (and yes I am a tech savvy millennial).

Anyone else feel the same?

Hi NP_MAI,
When possible, I'm a big fan of the networking and engagement that comes from attending a class or conference in person, but sometimes it's not practical. What was the challenge with taking the online course from the AI? Was the technology bad? The process after the course was over? Something else? Just curious about your experience.

I've taken tons of classroom courses back when we didn't have a choice, but love the online stuff so much more.
The logistics of a class seem like a waste of my time.
Glad we have choices.

It should be virtual.

The thing I don't like about Live Courses is the guys with their endless "what if" questions that are painfully stupid, or instructors that basically just read their syllabus with all the appeal of road kill. I'll stick with online. I actually had a pretty good FHA refresher last weekend.

30 hrs over the weekend??

Sounds brutal my friend!
8am - 6pm Fri thru Sun

... yes, NOT the way I prefer to spend a weekend but ... the state has it's requirements so ...

Thankfully there's a light at the end of each day :drinking:
