Questions & Answers to Help You Pass the Real Estate Appraisal Exam
--Written by Dennis Tosh and Jeffrey Fisher.

*Now there is a 3rd and 4th edition...any differences?

Real Estate License Examinations: A Complete Guide to Salesperson, Broker, and Appraisal Exams (Arco Professional Certification and Licensing Examination Series) (Paperback)

Also might get the Compucram program at Honduras.com. How about Learnappraising.com's software?

Isnt there a good book by Harrison? I couldnt find it...

I really appreciate the feedback.

Harrison has a guide:

Harrison's Illustrated Guide: How to Pass Any General or Residential Appraisal Examination 1001 Questions and Answers

Its very good.

Does IL have a prep class before the exam. In MO we have a class we can take in the 3 days prior to taking the exam. If IL has it, I would recommend taking it.

Matt. Did you notice alot of questions from Harrisons book to be very close to word for word on the associates test?

Some of them are near word for word, Of you can get an 80% or above taking the practice exam, you will do fine.
