Is it possible to import my first CubiCasa Sketch into Total so that I can fine tune some of the labels etc? Or, do I have to import it as a addendum?

You just import the cubicasa scan into your appraisal. I highly doubt that Cubicasa gives you a file that Total sketch can manipulate. If you want to add or remove labels, I suggest using photopea.com. It's a free photoshop clone that can handle PDF files. If you need help doing things in Photopea, there is a large online community and finding answers is easy. I can help too.

Also, if you manipulate the labels from Cubicasa, then I would state so on the sketch page.
