Does a search criteria exist for ADU--granny, guest unit, etc?

I couldn't find it in the "additional features" section, etc.

I've already conducted a simple SFR search and then scanned dozens/hundreds looking for an ADU in the property description but wonder whether a specific criteria exists somewhere on the search page.

never mind; i found it...

I know you said you found it, but let me respond in case someone else reads this...It's funny, just yesterday I had to get even more intimately involved with MRMLS for the exact same reason as yourself...looking for comps with ADU's

Here's what I did:
Under 'Property Description' I used search words bracketed with * *. Such as *guest*, *addition*, *mother-in-laws*...and even *permitted*, and *unpermitted*(because sometimes those words will precede a comment about guest qtr's or ADU's...

Also, on the search page, under FEATURES/ROOMS, if you scroll down there is a choice to highlight for 'guest/maid's quarters'...this can be hit or miss though, as agents are not very reliable with their data entry.

I was being so lazy that I could have found the feature by the time it took to post the question on the Forum, and subsequently too lazy to explain where I found it for others. Thanks for clarifying the issue for others.

I'm out the door in a few minutes for Baldwin Park (FHA surplus-excess land dichotomy) , Hollywood (totally renovated SFR with a guest house and the decision about whether to describe the date of construction as the original date or the renovation date, after determining why the 2nd unit is an ADU rather than a duplex), Highland Park (duplex assignment for which the client misspelled the name of the street and the borrower's last name), Upland (SFR backing the country club golf course), and then Rialto (suspicious assignment because the property does not appear to be 'complex') . . .
