Is there a way to insert additional comparables in the 1004 or 1025 forms in Total? It seems the program only allows me to add an additional comparable or rentals page to the bottom of the form but i'd like it to go after page 2 or page 3. Does anybody know a trick to do this? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can. When you open the report on the lower left side is report contents. Click the + icon and the screen will show available forms and forms in the report. in the forms in report click the page you want your added form to be under and then click the forms from the Available forms screen. this way they will be put were you want them in the form. If you just click he forms to add they go to the bottom of all your forms. You can still click those forms and drag when up to where your want them.

Another alternative that I use (because it is the only one I have learned) is to open the Contents from the command line. When the popup comes up, the primary form will have a plus sign on a green background square. When you click on that plus sign, the main form opens up to a series of single pages, and you can drag additional comps pages and addendum pages into the middle of the main form.

I'll give that a try, thanks!

When i try to drag them to go between page 2 and 3 of the URAR for example, it won't let me do that. It will only let me drag it either before page 1 of the URAR or after page 6. I'd like to be able to plug it into the middle so it comes after the first 3 comparables.

When you click on the plus sign on green, it should change to a minus sign on red. Then it should allow moving the comp page to between pgs 2 and 3.
