In CA most buyers consider them as two story-I call it one storied.
I like what's the consensus with other appraisers.
Because its not an option on the 1004 formwhy no call it bi-level storied? or loft storied? the 2nd level is sorta like a loft to the 1st level.
Why not?I wish I could call it 1.5 on the 1004 form but I can't.
