I've Been Lucky to Never Encounter This

Had a neighbor who did similar. Block stemwall with frame walls and roof. Drove by it every day watching the progress, and when I went to inspect it, she insisted the mobile was moved out and it was site built. Photographed the steel frame and told her to call the appraiser who appraised it as site built.

When my company gets a new contract, one of my first tasks is to go thru the database and fix all these. It's like nobody gets trained to recognize mfg structures are different. Find them recorded as stick-built in every community I've touched...usually with some funky band-aid method to account for construction. Don't trust your Public Record Database (assessor) to list these correctly.

Next year I attempt to fix the Westnedge commercial corridor. Took a prelim run at it early this year and I think it'll be much better but sooo many other items to fix kept popping up plus the tornado that we had to bump it.

EDIT: Technically it is next year...
