Jo Ann, a newbie asked about the differences in manufac. vs modular. I was going to email the links in your signature, but they no longer work.

Do you have current links to the articles you've written?

NAIFA has redesigned their website and I haven't had a chance to find out how to enable those to be accessible.

I will attempt later today to create my original articles from Word Perfect of PDF and then have those PDFs as my signature. Might take me a day or two. Was out of town for two days--get back and had 36 messages in my voice mail and 198 messages in my in box--taking awhile to wade through!

I can't figure out how to make a link to a pdf file as part of my signature so I will post three messages, each with a link to a pdf.

This article was written in October 2001--Fannie Mae has changed their policies and a manufactured home has to be originally constructed to the HUD building code. So my sentences regarding rebuilt homes are no longer applicable!!!!
