Just letting everyone know that JVI does not and will not pay! They owe me approx. $1,600+/- and have not paid for over 8 months. They used to be a great client of mine but slowly changed the terms of payment. They now don't pay at all which is a shame considering how hard I've worked for them. They won't return e-mails nor will they answer the phone. I've had two separate attorneys look into performing a class action suit and in the process have found no indication of bankruptcy or business-merger as they announced was the case earlier this year. I am left with sending them to a good local collections attorney. My advise is to hammer them with a law suit or else kiss your money good bye!

Have you had any luck with collecting your money? We would be interested in joining any class action lawsuit.

I have a friend that has been screwed out of being paid. As noted, this is a very old topic here. Seems like they were sputtering out over the last few years.

Welcome to the forum. Despite all the gripping and moaning, there is good information here such as the Client Good, Bad, Ugly section. Checking that part alone has saved me from accepting request from well known dead beats many times.
