What form is everyone using to appraise vacant lots/land? I use ACI and have a few different forms but have been using the "Land-Vacant Land" report (Dated 4/88). I noticed a "Land2-AI-Ready" form in their pack as well. Please let me know! Thanks! Have a safe and fun 4th!!!

Really, what difference does it make. I've never had a client express a preference for any particular form. I've used the old classic form and AI's land form. The AI's form is more comprehensive in that you can add specific pages for specific purposes (HBU, sales approach, assignment parameters, etc, etc.) but sometimes it's just simpler to use the 1 page classic form and use comment pages to create a more narrative flow which might be simpler for some users to deal with.

ACI also has a GPAR-land form that works fairly well. As above, though, it really doesn't matter-just write a lot and let them know how you came up with the value and adjustments.

Use the Land-2. It has the current certs.

i've yet to see a land form I really like. I prefer summary narrative report format for unimproved land. Forms might be appropriate for subdivision lots where there is little difference from one property to another, but such sites could just as easily be done with linear regression analysis.
