Completed an assignment for a Land Appraisal. The lender is requesting it in XML format, but that form cannot be converted. We will be contacting Alamode Support tin the AM to see if there is a conversion. Curious if anyone has ever been requested this??

Also checking to see if this was submitted as an Error in their system.. but still researching that.

There are no XML compatible land appraisal forms at the present time. Here's a list from Alamode of forms that can be used to generate an XML file.

Hey Mike-
Thank you for that info.. yeah, we saw that pop-up as well in Alamode. We are assuming it is an internal typo form error and will wait till tomorrow for their response. Our guess is, how would you convert Land sales to the URAR?? Such a crazy request if that is what they are looking for!

No but even if it could it's not UAD and couldn't be readable anyway. I think the lender or AMC probably just used to seeing Xml on Fannie reports and not realizing this is not a Fannie Uad form. But i could be wrong so yes check with Alamiode monday and double check.

They don't know what they want. Tell them your research indicates that it can't be done. I would ask them look through every land mortgage they ever made and see if they have an XML appraisal file supporting it. They won't. They will all be PDFs.

If this is a land appraisal, could they be looking for a LandXML file? LandXML is a surveyor document:

LandXML is a non-proprietary data standard on the Extensible Markup Language (XML) format. LandXML files contain civil/survey data elements such as points, profiles, surfaces, and many others. It is kinda like a topography map. Here in AZ, some counties have them, so do not.
