There is a conservation easement in OK called the Land Legacy program and I was wondering if anyone was familiar with it and more importantly, do you know of any LL property that has sold. I am interested in trying to determine a discount for the land value. My previous experience suggests that the discount is less than 50% but more than 25%...BUT that was a few years ago.
