The past week was terrible.The stock market went down 4 days out of five and I did not get a single order.This is the first week in 22 years of appraising that not a single order came in. How is it going with you Indiana appraisers?.Is your orders up or down or maybe stable?I called a bank that I have worked for in the past and the telephone was no longer working.Some MB are just gone.Maybe INDY appraisers are going good but the small town and rural appraisers are slow.

I'ts been slow for a while, but still get a few orders. I don't expect it to get any better for quite some time.

Business stinks. I've only been at it for a little over five years but...this is by far the worst couple of months I've ever seen.
September was one of the best ever...then someone pulled the rug out from under me.

The only increase we've seen is in foreclosure orders. Everything else has fallen off the face of the earth!

I'm still getting orders, just enough to get by.

Right now I'm contemplating upgrading to CR or quitting all together.

I have gotten roughly five order over the past two months. Estate Appraisals and Relocation appraisals. If it was not for the fact I found a CG to mentor me for advancement into Commercial Appraising I would be looking for a new job or career.
