Am I the only only one that got a "Year, Month and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime" error today while attempting to download a CSV file from the local MLS? It's like ACI forgot the extra day in February. Or maybe its the FLEX software the multiple listing service uses. LOL! Whatever. Hopefully it will go away tomorrow, else I'll have to call and find out what's up.
