Anyone else on here taking this one?
It's offered through the FL Gulf Coast Chapter of the AI and the class is 5/20/21 from 1:30-4:30pm EST

I'm not a member of the AI but thought this course sounded very interesting. I'm not even worried about the 3 hrs CE credit, but I'll take it
I've been getting more and more into non lending assignments these past few years, so figure this would be something that is interesting

Did you take it? How was it? Thinking I should start attending some classes instead of always doing the online courses.

@frobro it was great! Peter Christensen (sp?) is a very knowledgeable attorney. He is/was a member on here (Privateer I believe is/was his screen name)
In the course he talked about a few real life cases where appraisers were sued by clients, so it wasn't all hypothetical
Some were commercial cases, some residential, so it was a mix of topics, which kept it interesting
He took questions throughout the course which kept it interesting as well
Overall, I think it was $$ well spent

I took a litigations course a long time ago. It's worth the time.
