Lender looking for Grant Co WI Appraiser

Hello,

I'm a lender looking for an appraiser in Grant Co. We have our own appraisal desk and don't retain any desk or AMC fee. Our roster is good for everywhere in Wisconsin, but I can't seem to find a decent appraiser in Grant Co.

One prerequisite: I would ideally have the appraiser reside in Grant Co as research seems to work a little different there :new_smile-l:

Grant County only has a population of 51,000 or so based on the 2010 census and is located in the SW corner of the state. Given its more rural nature and being bordered by two major rivers I would assume it has many of the troubling features I have heard in the past about the Mississippi bluffs regions in that it often takes a LOT more driving time, and addresses are not as easy to locate at times. I have no idea if you are offering as C&R for the area but it may be an issue.
