anyone noticed a major slow down with lendervend as of 04/15/10, for that matter, from all lenders?

Huge slow down. Myself and another appraiser friend of mine were keeping track of the numbers between our orders. They used to be doing over a 1,000 a day nationwide and right now I'm only seeing like 100 -150 a day nationwide. I haven't gotten one in two weeks. He picked up 3 last week but was refreshing for 4-6 hours a day. With the 12 second interval now, you may see none anyway. Pretty frustrating.

Provident may have finally p-i-s-s-e-d off every single mortgage broker in the country.

But really, I think that almost all lenders are slow, and it might get slower if rates edge up, and with the homebuyers' tax credit coming to an end this week.

yeah, thats scary considering they are supposedly one of the top 5 producing lenders

i'm not aware of the 12 second interval, i thought no more than 5 refreshes a minute, is this what you mean?

Exactly. 5 refreshes a minute, 60 seconds in a minute. You get what I mean..haha. Guess I wasn't too clear but I never used any of the robots to get orders and I was still getting as many as I needed up through November. Since then, it's been awful! You know of any other good places to get work? Seems like everything is really slow right now!

yeah, it was bad enough to have to jump through hoops with the characters, but then being timed out is insane, its like they don't even want anyone to get orders, maybe thats why, they can't keep good appraisers anymore, and losing business- i've emailed several times suggesting to rotate, they can email and/or text, give us like 15 minutes to respond, and go on, guarantee they won't have to wait long, they keep saying how this new refresh system is for fairness, i said if they are really concerned about fairness, rotate, everybody gets a share, no ones going to not respond in a timely fashion, far as i'm concerned, there are no good places to work anymore

I'm with ya Shane. I've continued to leave and come back to appraising. Such a tough economy to get going in other things though. Hope things turn around for you!

The combination of the two is probable!

Yep, I agree. I've sent LV a half dozen E-Mails regarding their mad dash time wasting order assignment system and to go to a more equitable rotation method. Clearly, even their new "coded" order system has been circumvented, most new orders are "captured" within seconds of posting.
