The heading on the top stated "Disciplinary Action" then beneath Voluntary Surrender. They are set up as a business model. Now that they are dealing with the states they are held to a higher standard, something close to Best Practices. I know the things I read here are things that if I were asked to do would be things I would challenge as questionable. At least in the states that have enacted an AMC law, they will have to tow a standard of better practices.
