Ok, so I will explain to you what the owner of the software, ACI, stated. They suggested since I am outside of the 30 day refund policy, I can see if anyone else wants the software and they will do a name change. So you may be thinking wrong. Thank you for responding. Have a great day.

When I switched from ACI to Alamode they applied a credit to my purchase of Alamode from what my ACI balance was, that was in 2015 though. Worth a try!!!

That is who I would like to switch to lol. I will check and see if they can work with me. I hate that i even went with ACI
