Has anyone tried to renew their license yet on the NJ website? Giving me partial year fees that expire on 12/31/2013.

I was wondering when we could re-up. Do you have a link to the site? I don't see it on the main site.

I just got my Renewal Notice in the snail mail yesterday. At a recent CE Class, I was told that the Renewal Fees are reduced way down for this cycle.......haven't confirmed this as of Sunday.

www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/renew

However, I just tried again and I am not seeing any information for the next 2 year cycle only a fee if you are getting a license for the remainder of the year.

Wow! an $80 renewal fee seems too low. I would have tried to renew today but I haven't finished me CE yet.

I just renewed, before they changed their mind. It was $80.00, I can take the rest of the day off now with the unexpected savings...

I was told at the last CE Class that this year's fee was reduced.....Nice !

Do we have to have all 28 hours completed in order to do the online sign up ?? Do they ask for course numbers or something on the sign up ??

Don, They ask if you completed all required education, including USPAP. Being licensed in PA also, I had that done by June.

From the minutes of the 9/14/13 Appraisal Board Meeting:

Darlene Kane, Division Budget Officer will meet with the Board, at this
meeting, to discuss the Board’s 2013-2014 Budget.

Ms. Kane advised the Board that the Real Estate Appraisal
Board will be giving a one-time credit of $550.00 to all current
licensees
towards their renewal for the upcoming 2013-2014
cycle. However, all licensees will still be required to pay the
$80.00 Federal Surcharge Fee due to the Appraisal
Qualifications Board (AQB). This one-time credit applies to
current licensees renewing and not to new applicants applying
licensure or certification.

Happy Holidays!!!!

Shouldn't it be 2014-2015 cycle?
Does anyone know why they're doing this?
