Are any Maryland appraisers including the official state seal with your signature?
Only a few states have them and Maryland is one of them.

We are supposedly required to have them on our reports. I simply stamped over my name, and scanned both. No biggie. Oklahoma didn't require a stamp. But they require the format to be the opposite of Arkansas which is CG xxxx and they require xxxxx CGA ... big deal. What a waste of time for the boards to worry about the way you sign a report. And I have one for my registered geologist license too. I affix both to some reports.
