OK, I have looked and can not seem to find it.

What are my licensing limitations as a NC State Certified Residential Appraiser.

I have to make a decision on an assignment that I accepted and later after research found out it was not a pure residential but a Residential/Small Business use property.

The subject is zoned this way and so HBU is not going to be an issue, because it is what it is.

Help, where is it? I looked in GS93 something or other, no luck, or I am just not seeing it!

Requirements are only for FRT's

Page 13. This only applies to FRT's.

NC has ZERO requirements for non-FRT assignments. If you have a license/certification of any kind....you can do any type of assignment from a trailer to Biltmore House or even South Park Shopping Center.

All you have to do is to be able to prove competency to the board...if an issue comes up with the appraisal.
